General Terms & Conditions

  • If the ticket is unused and/or if you miss your trip, you cannot get refunded nor compensated.
  • The cancellation request must be made before the scheduled departure of the service.
  • If prices increase or decrease after the purchase, we will not charge not refund the difference in prices.
  • Applicable discounts become invalid once the ticket is purchased.
  • Tickets may be changed for another date and time
  • Tickets purchased within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
  • Changes (if possible) can be made over the phone by calling us at 1-877-733-0724.
  • Refunds (if possible) must be requested through [email protected].
  • Tickets purchased cannot be Transferred to another person.
  • Travelynx will make a reasonable effort to provide Wi-Fi, if the service is unavailable refunds and or compensations will not be provided.
  • If the service is delayed for external factors (traffic, weather and/or accidents) refunds cannot be provided.
  • If a picture ID is not presented refunds and/or compensations will not be provided.
  • Travelynx will not make a bus return to a previous location to pick-up passengers.

Cancelation/Refund Policy for Charters:

No refunds will be issued for trips canceled with less than 5 days prior to the departing date. 90% on the cost will be refunded if the cancellation may occur 5 or more days prior. The Charter party is responsible for all tolls, parking, and entrance and attraction fees. When lodging is required, the charter party is responsible for providing a single room per driver for accommodations.

Cancelation/Refund Policy for Shuttle:

Unused Tickets, if you miss your trip, cannot be refunded. Changes of Fare prices: If you purchased your shuttle ticket at a certain price, and learn it might have decreased after purchase, Travelynx is not liable to supply the differences. Trip fares may vary slightly according to time of day and circumstances. Applicable discounts become invalid once the shuttle ticket is purchased. Shuttle Tickets may be changed for another date and/or time; however, 30% fee of the value of ticket purchased will be applied (up to 24 hours before departure of the shuttle). If your new shuttle trip has a different price, you must also pay the fare difference. Shuttle tickets purchased within 24 hours of the departure date are not refundable. Changes have to be made over the phone by callig 800-226-5969. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the departure time to be eligible for a refund. (A 30% service charge will be applied.)

Travelynx Privacy Policy

  • Information that is gathered from prospect passengers and repeat ticket purchasers of Travelynxusa.com are stored on a secure encrypted server as log files. The log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.
  • Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
  • Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server.
  • The information is used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising to make Travelynx passenger ticket sales easier and more efficient.
